Our Year 3 children had a marvellous time where there was a real sense of satisfaction in being able to construct a wooden treasure box for their Design Technology project.

The treasure boxes were made from pre-cut wood sheets. The children had to glue and clamp the pieces of wood in the correct order (rather like a jigsaw).

After much anticipation!! The treasure boxes were assembled and then carefully decorated.
