Lyon Park Primary School offers a range of excellent facilities available for hire during evenings, weekends, and school holidays.
Our versatile spaces are ideal for a wide range of community groups, events, and activities. Whether you're planning a sports session, a classroom lesson, a meeting, or a special event, we have a space to suit your needs.
We offer a variety of spaces for hire, including:
- Fully equipped classrooms
- A large room with soft seating
- Two spacious school halls
- A versatile dining hall that can be divided into two smaller areas
- A spacious outdoor playground
- An all-weather Astroturf pitch
Hire of the Hall
- £75 per hour
- £50 flat rate for use of tables and chairs
- Outside areas - £35
- Car park space - £5
- Maximum capacity – 200 people
- Exit times: 11pm weekdays, 12pm weekends
Hire of Classroom(s)
- £30 per hour
- 3-5 classrooms: £75 per hour
- 6-10 classrooms: £90 per hour
- 1- 15 classrooms: £100 per hour
- 16-20 classrooms: £120 per hour
Minimum hire charge: £100
The dimensions of the large halls are 8m x 19m, totalling 152 square metres.
Dining Hall 1 measures 8m x 16m (128 square metres).
Dining Hall 2 measures 10m x 13m (130 square metres).
Hire time must include set up / clear up time and the premises must be left as you find them.
Proof of identity will be required when booking, together with a holding deposit equivalent to the number of hours x £75 per hour.
