We intend to prioritise emotional and mental health of all our staff by enabling the following:

 

  • Staff have access to two car parks

  • We have an updated marking and feedback policy to ensure work life balance

  • Staff have access to the Employee Assistance Programme- EAP

  • New teachers are provided with a designated support programme.

  • Dress down Fridays.

  • Staff are provided with additional planning, preparation and assessment time.

  • Weekly staff shout outs.
